The summer recital that was scheduled on 26th April 2020, has been suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
10 students are to be given awards for their progress in the year 2019-20. The awards will be given in the next recital.
Shweta is currently preparing for ATCL diploma in piano performance. She is also working with GSM as a junior teacher.
She has maintained the first rank for two consecutive years and will be given 'Bravissimo' award for this achievement. She will receive a special scholarship from GSM and will not be considered for the progress ranks and annual awards henceforth.
Saniya completed grade 5 piano examination with distinction and was also selected for Kawai Young Stars piano competition. She is currently working on grade 6 repertoire.
Tarak completed grade 2 piano examination with distinction. He has shown sincere progress and keen interest in theory and composition
Hetal maintained her position in the top 10 for the sixth consecutive year and has shown sincere efforts. She is currently working on grade 6 examination repertoire.
Vishwesh completed grade 8 examination with distinction. He has started working as a junior teacher at GSM. He also works as an accompanist at Suzuki school of Violin, Pune.
Hrishikesh completed grade 8 examination with distinction. He has been working as a junior teacher at GSM for over 3 years. He has shown keen interest in music theory and composition. This year, Hrishikesh has started a branch of GSM in Hadapsar.
Vishwesh and Hrishikesh are the first GSM students to complete grade 8 examination.
Anupritaa has shown consistent progress and is currently working on grade 2 piano examination.
Anay Lawate Anay started learning in July 2018 and progressed very quickly through the beginner books. He is currently working on third grade of John Thompson's Modern Piano Course.
Abhishek Shesh Abhishek has been a sincere student since the first years of GSM. He is currently working on grade 8 examination.
Jay Suryavanshi Jay has shown very good progress. He completed grade 2 examination this year and has shown keen interest in theory, composition and arranging.
